Sales Consultant – High-Ticket Law Services (Law Chambers of Amish Agrawala) Location: work from office Type: Full-time Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses Role Overview As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients. Your job is to understand their goals, pain points, and psychology, then guide them confidently to invest in a life-changing program. This is not a pushy tele-sales job — it’s consultative, emotionally intelligent, and high-stakes. You’ll be speaking with serious prospects who already follow the brand, follow us on socials (More than a million followers) , and trust our system. Key Responsibilities Conduct 1-on-1 strategy calls with our organic leads. Understand client challenges and position our service as the best solution. Build trust, handle objections, and close high-ticket offers over Zoom/phone. Maintain CRM updates, track follow-ups, and manage your pipeline effectively. Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets with precision and consistency. Collaborate with the operations team to improve lead quality and closing scripts. Attend Weekly Sales Coaching. Attend weekly sales meetings, report KPIs, and share on-ground insights with leadership. Requirements 2–5 years of proven experience in high-ticket service sales (coaching, consulting, edtech, or premium memberships). Strong communication and persuasion skills - both English & Hindi. High emotional intelligence: ability to listen deeply and sell through empathy, not pressure. Comfortable closing deals over phone / Zoom (₹15 - 25L ticket size). Experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory). A hunger to grow financially and personally — this is a results-based role.
