What youll be doing... Youll be studying new and emerging trends in B2B to fuel your thinking about where we head next and how well transform Verizon's VBG market. Youll explore the current state, and identify gaps and the next big opportunity. And craft a long-term vision and adjust along the way as you respond to the rapidly changing landscape. Youll bring your vision to life from development to go-to-market strategy and into the hands of customers, building better ways for businesses to stay connected. Understanding and anticipating what the market needs. Defining requirements and leading the team through design and development. Working closely with stakeholders across various internal teams to implement SDLC enhancements. Building the business case, getting internal consensus, and defining product roadmaps. Forging strong relationships with external partners and cross-functional teams to get it all done. Participating in business case development and presentations for alignment with working teams. Collaborating with traditionally non-digital teams to align on goals and develop win/win strategies for digital adoption. What were looking for... Youll need to have: Prior experience with digital analytics, operations, ecommerce / omni channel implementation Experience with Jira or Trello for project management and product backlog management Ability to analyze disparate data sources and develop actionable recommendations independently or with analytics team support. Hands-on experience with any of the CRM systems , Point of Sales (POS ) Software, Chatbot platforms, CCAI. Experience with any data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics, Mixpanel,Microsoft Clarity,CRM Hubspot. Ability to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem. Exceptional communication skills; written, oral and presentation. Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience. Seven or more years of relevant work experience. Even better if you have one or more of the following: A Masters degree ideally an MBA. Familiarity & having knowledge in Machine learning, Neural networks or Deep Learning. Conveying your ideas in compelling and persuasive ways to a variety of audiences. Proven ability to manage deadlines in a highly-complex, fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Innovation mindset.
