Your work profile
As a Consultant in our Oracle Team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Varicent compensation models, rules, and workflows to support sales incentive plans.
Build and optimize calculation logic, crediting rules, and data models within the Varicent platform. Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from CRM, ERP, and other business systems into Varicent. Create customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights into sales performance and compensation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Compensation Analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit, integration, and system testing to validate compensation calculations and system functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, calculations, and platform performance. Maintain documentation of system configurations, business rules, and technical processes. Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and data privacy regulations. Stay updated with Varicent product updates and best practices, recommending continuous improvements.

Base location: Bangalore This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
