• IT Support Analyst – Key Requirements
• Strong experience supporting IT systems and operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under pressure.
• Fast-paced environment: high volume of issues/bugs/observations in a system already in production.
• Acts as a liaison between the Business Team (clients) and vendors.
• Nice-to-have:
• Experience working with Legal operations or familiarity with Legal Department processes.
• Knowledge of tools/products used by Legal teams.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Technical support to the team.
• Issue triaging and escalation.
• Data validation and reporting.
• Clear indicator for fit:
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests/issues simultaneously.
• Understanding of drivers used to determine urgency and priority.
