Job Purpose/Role

You are required to perform the tasks assigned. Required administrative tasks are listed below:

- Identifying and addressing gaps in College s compliance practice in accordance with the regulatory framework. The scopes include, but are not limited to,
- Education Institute s Governance and ongoing improvement
- Develop policies and procedures
- Develop templates and forms for clients
- Perform assessment validation and mapping analysis
- Implement existing and new administrative processes and operations. Provide document filing and develop document record management.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs when necessary.
- Monitor and respond to clients requests.
- Assist and liaise with staff, and external parties as required.
- Provide summary and progress report upon the request.
- Perform additional tasks as required by your supervisor or delegated person(s).
