Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training

  • Partner with Function Heads, HRBPs, and Process Leads to assess training needs.
  • Conduct skill gap analysis across communication, process, and sales competencies.

Program

  • Develop structured modules on communication skills, product and process knowledge, team building, onboarding, and sales training.
  • Design interactive content using tools like PowerPoint, Rise, or Storyline.
  • Create engagement activities aligned with training goals.
  • Leverage eLearning tools, video capturing tools, and content editing software to create interactive content.
  • Implement social learning methods and the 70/20/10 learning model.

Delivery

  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, followed by assessments.
  • Conduct monthly/fortnightly process, product, soft skills, and compliance training.
  • Deliver call coaching sessions, 1:1 counselling, and team building activities.
  • Conduct assessments and follow-ups, as outlined in the training approach.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions as required.
  • Act as a consultative partner, providing best-practice L&D advice to business teams.

Evaluation

  • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs using Kirkpatrick's evaluation model.
  • Generate detailed reports on user engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Use analytics to refine training strategies and maximize ROI.

Collaboration

  • Partner with HR and Talent teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Support audit readiness and implement recommendations from compliance checks.

Employee

  • Provide 1:1 coaching and counselling.
  • Design quarterly development plans with team leads and monitor progress.
  • Implement customised learning pathways for capability building.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.

Certified in Soft Skills/Behavioral/Instructional Design preferred.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command over product, process, and compliance training.
  • Ability to deliver culturally adaptive training in global/virtual settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in mid-shift timings.

  • 810 years in L&D with at least 3 years in soft skills, sales, or process training.
  • Experience with onboarding, coaching, and employee engagement.

Exposure to EdTech or global education operations preferred.
