About the Role:

Opera PMS Techno - Functional Consultant

Experience: 4-7 yrs

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Gurgaon (Hybrid)

• Well versed on the Opera PMS backend configurations.
• Knowledge of the Backoffice Transaction report (BTR) / Best Available Rate (BAR) in OPERA
• Having knowledge of stationery modification by different tools like Oracle report builder, OSR and BI publisher.
• Ability to configure BTR / BAR and Loyalty reports.
• Troubleshoot any issues in OPERA BTR / BAR / Loyalty report configuration.
• Provide live support coverage and troubleshoot functional issues in Night Audit.
• Basic Knowledge of OPERA server certificates.
• Understanding of Loyalty systems for ex. Marriott Bonvoy Rewards.
• Ability to perform RCA and provide fixes for recurring issues.
• Basic Functional / technical knowledge of BTR / BAR / Loyalty Systems.
• Ability to work in 24/7 environment (mandatory) Additional Preferred skills (not mandatory)
• Functional knowledge of Simphony POS / Shiji / Infrasys etc
• Have basic knowledge of workstation upgrade activities for Simphony On premise or Simphony Cloud
• Knowledge of cloud PMS
• Knowledge of upgrading versions on different Hardware configuration for Simphony Cloud or Simphony on Premise Preferred Experience:
• Domain | Travel and Hospitality | Hospitality | Property Management System (OPERA) | Implementation
• Ideal candidate could be Front Office Executive, Guest Service Agent, IT executives or Assistant IT manager, Reservation Assistant/Manager, Duty Manager of the Hotel.
• Ideal candidate could be Existing Opera Support consultant from different Product / services companies.
