The Consultant (CEO s Office) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, to drive Sattva s growth, innovation, and impact agenda. The role is designed for a high- performing individual, who will lead cross-functional initiatives, synthesize business and impact insights, and enable informed decision-making on strategic priorities. This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, curiosity and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with agility. It is ideal for individuals who combine consulting rigour with a deep commitment to social impact. This role reports directly to the CEO, offering exposure to organization-wide strategy and leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the CEO in developing, reviewing, and monitoring the company s strategic roadmap.

Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions such as new business opportunities, partnerships, or expansion initiatives; and generate actionable insights for business and impact growth

Own specific work streams within CEO-led initiatives, independently drive problem- solving and execution in collaboration with business leaders

Track progress on key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes

Develop high-quality executive presentations, internal communications, and updates for leadership and board members; and coordinate across leadership to ensure alignment on strategic decisions

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.

Prepare briefing notes and insights for CEO participation in key meetings, external
forums, and board discussions.
- Monitor macro trends, policy developments, and competitive intelligence relevant to the organisation s strategic agenda.
- Synthesise insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the leadership team.

4-6 years of experience in consulting, project management & complex operations, stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms, or global foundations.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.

Efficient in time and quality management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality
work

Experience translating business strategy into measurable social impact preferred

Proficiency in data collection, analysis and presentation tools (Excel, Power BI, etc) to facilitate decision-making and convey insights effectively

Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
