You will be a Consultant Business Systems specializing in Process Automation, working with UnitedHealth Group in Gurgaon, Haryana, IN. As part of the global organization Optum, your role will involve creating and delivering high-quality system solutions for applications, products, and services. You will consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and information systems, ensuring they are cost-effective and meet user requirements. Your work will contribute to improving health outcomes and advancing health equity on a global scale. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Review the work of others and develop innovative approaches - Lead multiple large-scale digital transformation programs to improve Business Processes - Develop and implement effective business solutions through automation and process re-engineering - Conduct proactive investigations of business pain points and perform End-to-End organizational assessments - Collaborate with Solution Architects and Tech Leads for efficient automation solutions - Prioritize projects, track resources and costs, and facilitate effective communication with executive levels - Build relationships cross-functionally and lead towards common goals - Prepare executive-level presentations and reports, facilitate monthly status meetings, and drive effective governance and change management **Qualifications Required:** - Solid business and financial acumen - Effective communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and sell concepts effectively - Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead towards common goals - Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and reports - Strong project management skills and ability to track projects, enhancements, and maintenance items - Comply with company policies and procedures, and adapt to changing business environments The Company may adopt, vary, or rescind policies and directives at its discretion.,
