Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

SSACT Project Management LLP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee construction of high rise residential project in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the construction industry, and must be ready to join our team on or before 01.09.2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Soft Skills:

• Expertise in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation and management.
• Proficient in Schedule Management to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports (WPR).
• Skilled in billing of subcontractors and submission of bills to clients.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 9+ years of overall experience in construction industry.
• Must have worked for a with material civil contractor.
• Proven experience of 5 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred:

• Experience working on projects in Ahmedabad on highrise residential buildings
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards.
