Construction MEP/QS

• The MEP Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at construction sites. The role ensures MEP services are executed as per approved drawings, technical standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Review and understand MEP drawings, GFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, structural & MEP consultants for design clarifications.
• Participate in value engineering to optimize project cost and efficiency.

Execution & Site Supervision

• Plan and monitor installation, testing & commissioning of:
• HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
• Electrical Systems (LT/HT, cables, panels, lighting)
• Plumbing & Drainage
• Firefighting Systems
• ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Networking)
• Ensure work quality as per IS/NBC/IEC standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Coordination & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Verify material submittals, shop drawings, method statements.
• Follow up with vendors for material delivery and work schedule.

Billing & Documentation

• Assist in quantity take-off, measurements, and verification of contractor bills.
• Maintain site reports, daily logs, material tracking, and progress reports.
• Support in preparing project handover documentation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical & plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and Project Management tools.
• Good communication & coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in MEP for residential

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
