About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead, plan, and execute end-to-end construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and team coordination on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, schedules, and safety standards.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams for smooth execution.
Manage subcontractors, engineers, and labor teams effectively.
Monitor budgets, control resources, and minimize wastage.
Prepare progress reports and ensure documentation compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: 15+ years in construction management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
