Construction Manager

About the Role:
Buildus Builders is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee our ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, budgeting, and timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Location: Tirur, Kerala
Company: Buildus Builders
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking systems.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage subcontractors, engineers, and site workers effectively.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in construction management (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project planning, cost monitoring, and resource management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
