Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction Manager – Steel Projects
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Company Overview:

We are a growing steel fabrication and construction company based in Calicut, executing industrial, commercial, and custom steel structure projects across South India. We are looking for a capable and driven Construction Manager to oversee project execution and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise steel structure construction activities at project sites.
• Manage and monitor site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure that construction is carried out as per drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and management teams for smooth project flow.
• Maintain daily work reports, track project progress, and update management.
• Manage manpower, materials, and site logistics effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing steel structure or industrial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of steel erection methods, fabrication drawings, and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
