Job Opening: Sales Executive (Cold Calling & Door-to-Door Sales) Locations: Thrippunithura, Kakkanad, Ernakulam City Company: Residential Housekeeping Services Salary: Basic ₹12,000 + Attractive Incentives Experience: Freshers Preferred Gender Preference: Male Job Overview: We are hiring Sales Executives to promote our residential housekeeping services across key locations in Ernakulam. This is a field-based role involving cold calling and door-to-door sales. Ideal for freshers who are energetic, target-driven, and eager to build a career in sales. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door visits to promote residential housekeeping services Make cold calls to potential customers and explain service offerings Identify leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into customers Maintain daily visit logs and report to the team lead Distribute marketing materials and gather customer feedback Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business Meet daily and monthly sales targets Candidate Requirements: Freshers are welcome; training will be provided Must be confident, hardworking, and self-motivated Good communication and persuasion skills Must be comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor activities Own a bike or two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory) Benefits: Fixed monthly salary of ₹12,000 Performance-based incentives (no cap on earnings) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
