Job Title: Site Engineer – Commercial Construction Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Commercial Construction Projects Industry: Construction / Civil Engineering Salary: As per industry standards Preferred Candidate Location: Ernakulam District Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing construction team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience in commercial construction and must be a resident of Ernakulam district . The role demands strong technical knowledge, project execution skills, and site coordination abilities to manage day-to-day construction activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities at commercial construction projects. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements on-site. Interpret and execute construction drawings and specifications accurately. Maintain daily site reports, material usage records, and labor attendance. Manage materials, tools, and equipment inventory at the site. Liaise with the project manager and update on site progress and challenges. Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to construction standards. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in handling commercial construction projects. Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and construction methods. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Must be currently residing in Ernakulam district . Proficiency in local language (Malayalam) and English.
