Job Description

Lead and manage overall site construction activities for a Green Hydrogen and Ammonia plant, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, PIDs, and project specifications to plan construction activities and manage contractors.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, project consultants, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
Develop and track project timelines, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions for schedule adherence and quality compliance.
Supervise site teams, implement safety protocols, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Oversee commissioning and handover activities, collaborating with operations, QA/QC, and safety teams.
Prepare progress reports, resolve site issues, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Requirements: Bachelors in Engineering (preferably Chemical/Mechanical/Civil), 10+ years experience in industrial plant construction, preferably Green Hydrogen/Ammonia/EPC projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills required.
