This includes managing and coordinating the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, as well as ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electrical construction professionals, including electricians, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure that all electrical installations meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and oversee the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, and ensure that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all electrical work is being carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges related to electrical construction activities, and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as identify and mitigate any potential risks or delays in construction activities.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 + years of experience in electrical construction management, preferably in the industrial or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects within budget and schedule.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
