Job Summary:

The Construction Management Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

·      Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site

·      Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks

·      Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams

·      Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Planning & Scheduling:

·      Prepare work schedules and construction timelines

·      Coordinate material deliveries and resource allocation

·      Monitor project milestones and report progress to management

Quality & Safety:

·      Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

·      Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues

·      Maintain compliance with building codes and regulations

Coordination & Communication:

·      Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and consultants

·      Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs

·      Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders

. Vendor Management needed for the project.

Documentation & Reporting:

·      Maintain daily site reports, drawings, and records

·      Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, project status and delays

·      Recommend corrective reports/actions

·      Support in handling project billing, change orders, and claims

Required Skills:

·      Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and codes

·      Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management tools

·      Leadership and team coordination

·      Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

·      5-10 years of experience in construction site execution

·      Certification in project management (PMP, Primavera) is a plus

·      Knowledge of safety protocols and site management practices
