Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Construction management and Planning to oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive construction plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and resource plans. Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Lead regular site and planning meetings with internal and external teams. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services in coordination with procurement teams. Review and approve construction drawings and specifications. Assist in the resolution of construction issues and conflicts. Prepare and monitor project schedules , budgets, and progress reports. Manage site-level teams, contractors, and labor to ensure timely completion and quality execution. Ensure adherence to local construction laws, safety standards, and regulatory compliance . Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control. Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation measures. Manage procurement of materials and ensure inventory is available as per project timelines. Liaise with government authorities for approvals, inspections, and certifications. Maintain clear communication between all stakeholders involved in the project. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Masters deree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in construction planning and project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project lifecycle, and building regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
