Job Description

Role Overview:

Title: Construction Lead
Location: Technip Energies Modular Manufacturing Yard, Dahej

Candidate Expertise Required:

10+ years in construction/fabrication
Strong knowledge of:
Welding processes and control
Structural module/pressure vessel fabrication
Dimensional control and quality management
HSE leadership and compliance
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to coordinate with EPC contractors and resolve site-level technical issues

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of fabrication activities to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
Ensure no rework or carry-over work to the main site
Interface management between modules
Daily/weekly planning and schedule alignment
Drive safety culture and participate in verification programs

Working Hours & Conditions:

Expected to work
40 hours week
Slightly extended hours compared to standard office roles
No frequent travel expected; role is yard-based
