Construction Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Construction Manager (4+ years):

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Liaise with authorities for permits and compliance.
• Handle ROW (Right of Way) acquisition and related approvals.
• Report project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to the Project Manager.

Construction Engineer (2+ years):

• Ensure construction activities follow engineering drawings and specifications.
• Assist in solving technical issues on-site to avoid project delays.
• Conduct inspections and support quality assurance.
• Collaborate with safety teams to implement safety procedures.
• Maintain site records and assist in ROW acquisition and documentation.
• Provide technical updates to the Construction Manager regularly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

• Construction Manager:

  Minimum 4 years in construction/EPC project execution

• Construction Engineer:

  Minimum 2 years in site engineering within EPC projects

Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety, and quality standards
• Proficient in construction/project management tools
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in ROW acquisition and dealing with local authorities is an advantage

Preferred Certifications:

• Construction Management
• Safety and Quality Assurance
