Position 1; Quality Engineer Electrical/Civil

•Develop and implement Project-specific Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), method statements, and audit plans for electrical scope.

•Maintain a structured filing system, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and archiving of documents.

•Inspect and verify incoming materials and electrical equipment (cables, switchgear, inverters/transformers, panels, protections, etc.) to ensure compliance with project specifications, manufacturer standards, and applicable codes.

•Implement and monitor quality management plans for civil construction works.

•Ensure civil works are executed as per design drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.

•Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with standards.

•Identify deviations, non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.

•Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

•Review and approve materials, construction methods, and work processes to ensure quality compliance.

•Prepare quality inspection reports, site observation records, and progress documentation.

Position – 2. Construction Lead-Civil/Electrical

•Review civil/structural drawings, scope of work, and contract documents to understand full civil infrastructure requirements.

•Prepare detailed civil construction schedules aligned with project timelines, milestones, resources, and site mobilization plans.

•Supervise all civil construction activities including earthworks, foundations, RCC works, roads, drainage, fencing, and substation foundations.

•Manage subcontractors, site supervisors, and labor to ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

•Ensure all civil works comply with structural designs, project specifications, engineering standards, and statutory codes.

•Lead and manage electrical construction activities for solar power projects in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

•Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including inverters, transformers, switchgear, and BoP components.

•Coordinate with engineering teams to review and optimize electrical designs for constructability and code compliance.

•Implement quality control procedures to ensure electrical installations meet project and industry standards.

•Coordinate with project management, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

•Mentor and manage electrical construction teams to promote collaboration, safety, and high performance.

Position - 3: Project Coordinator-Site

•Support day-to-day coordination of ongoing Solar EPC projects across different locations.

•Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risks, ensuring timely escalation of issues.

•Prepare and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reports for internal review.

•Ensure all project activities follow established PMO processes and guidelines.

•Assist in developing project execution plans, timelines, and resource planning sheets.

•Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BoQs, RFIs, MOMs, baseline schedules, and change requests.

•Follow up on purchase orders, delivery timelines, logistics issues, and site material requirements.

•Ensure site teams adhere to QA/QC guidelines and technical specifications.

•Track manpower deployment, contractor mobilization, and equipment utilization at project sites.

•Monitor site inventory levels for modules, MMS, cables, and BOS materials to avoid shortages.

Position - 4: HR & Admin

•Handle site-based HR operations including manpower mobilization, onboarding, attendance, and daily labour management.

•Maintain employee and contract labour records, ID cards, and site registers as per statutory requirements.

•Coordinate payroll inputs, wage records, and statutory compliance for site employees and subcontract labour.

•Implement company HR policies, site rules, and discipline at the project location.

•Manage employee relations, grievances, and basic disciplinary actions at site.

•Coordinate site induction, safety orientation, and toolbox training in coordination with HSE teams.

•Oversee site administrative activities including office setup, accommodation, transport, housekeeping, and security.

•Manage site vendors, local purchases, petty cash, and administrative contracts.

•Liaise with local authorities, labour department, and inspectors for site-related compliance.

•Prepare and submit site HR/Admin reports, MIS, and documentation to HO/Project Management.

•Support project teams with manpower planning, mobilization, and demobilization activities.

•Ensure a disciplined, compliant, and well-organized site working environment.

Position - 5: Logistics Executive

•Coordinate site logistics for solar projects including receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of materials and equipment.

•Plan and track inward and outward movement of solar modules, structures, inverters, transformers, and BoP materials.

•Ensure proper material unloading, stacking, storage, and protection as per OEM and project guidelines.

•Maintain accurate material records, GRNs, stock registers, and inventory reconciliation at site.

•Coordinate with procurement, stores, transporters, and site teams for timely material availability.

•Monitor logistics schedules to support construction milestones and avoid site delays.

•Handle transporter coordination, vehicle tracking, challans, and delivery documentation.

•Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements during material handling and storage.

•Report material shortages, damages, and discrepancies to project and procurement teams.

•Support audits, MIS reporting, and documentation related to site logistics operations.

Position – 6: Engineer (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

•Plan, execute, and manage Solar EPC projects covering civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes.

•Supervise site activities including foundations, mounting structures, cable laying, and equipment installation.

•Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

•Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for timely material supply and execution.

•Monitor project schedules, quality, and progress to meet deadlines and budgets.

•Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

•Resolve site-level technical issues and support design and engineering teams.

•Prepare daily progress reports, BOQs, and documentation for project tracking.
