Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consignment Manager located in Mumbai. The Consignment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the consignment process, managing client relationships, and ensuring the efficient handling of luxury items. Day-to-day tasks include assessing and pricing products, coordinating with consignors, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Salary - 35k-40k

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source & Close Deals

   : Identify and onboard high-end sellers, closing deals on in-demand, trending luxury items with precision and efficiency.

2. Authentication Awareness

   : Differentiate between authentic and counterfeit products, ensuring only genuine pieces are accepted.

3. Inventory Management

   : Review older inventory, explore strategies to move items, and communicate with clients effectively.

4. Client Handling

   : Manage challenging clients with professionalism, resolving issues strategically while protecting company profitability.

5. Content Creation

   : Photograph products and create SEO-friendly, accurate titles and descriptions for the website.

6. Merchandising Support

   : Take ownership of any additional merchandising tasks as required to support the business.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is beneficial
