About our Team: The Conflicts/ independence team is a central team which assists the engagement team in the client and acceptance procedure. The team works closely with the business and function across service line to provide them evaluation of the conflicts. The team works on the set procedures and policies provided by Global team. Your Role: As an Executive/Senior Executive at Conflicts/Independence team, you would be involved in work which makes An Impact that Matters. You would be involved in activities that help develop and deliver support to client facing teams in onboarding clients and engagements swiftly, monitoring activities as well as policy and regulatory matters. As part of this team, you'll gain access to a variety of resources and collaboration opportunities that will help in developing your skills and professional development. As a Conflict check/independence Executive/Senior Executive, in Enabling Areas, you will be part of the dynamic Reputation and Risk Office, comprising a group of risk and compliance professionals. You will build and nurture optimistic, professional working relationships with our internal clients and with various teams within the Risk and Reputation Office, with the intention to exceed client expectations. The role requires you to carry out activities pertaining to the independence related processes managed by Reputation and Risk Office as per the International Standards on Quality Management (ISQM) issued by International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board and Standards on Quality Compliance (SQC) issued by ICAI and other monitoring activities. Location- Bangalore Education Requirement-qualified CS (preferred) or semi qualified CS Our Expectations: •Provide an excellent customer-oriented attitude and experience to the clients (internal teams) by guiding and offering them the most appropriate solutions about the process. •Be able to work within a team environment, which deals with multiple activities; coordinate with various team members. •Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. •Effective verbal and written communication skills, accuracy and drafting •Ensuring SLA’s and timely delivery of service with no or minimal errors •Be proactive in all the communication •Be committed to self-development, seeking to understand own strengths and weaknesses, has self-confidence and a sound work ethic. •Display adaptability to learn new processes, concepts, and skills. Qualifications Required: •qualified CS (preferred) or semi qualified CS •Must have minimum 1-2 years work experience •Strong Command over English both spoken and written as a language.
