Job Description

As a Confirmation Strategic Program Delivery PMO at our company, your primary role will be to support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects while ensuring they adhere to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. You will play a crucial part in evolving our digital landscape, driving innovation, and excellence by leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance our digital offerings for unparalleled customer experiences. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Working as part of a PMO or business management team with cross-functional, matrix staff, including vendors - Demonstrating experience in working to fixed business deadlines with minimal supervision - Utilizing organizational and planning skills, data collection, visualization, analysis, and management - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Vision - Understanding of Markets/IB Business - Experience working with Technology teams as a Business Manager/PMO - Exposure to Tech Budgeting exercises and concepts Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in PMO or business management - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Strong organizational and planning skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools - Understanding of Markets/IB Business - Experience in working with Technology teams - Exposure to Tech Budgeting exercises In this role, you will be supporting change delivery managers to ensure projects are compliant with the Barclays Control Framework. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing standardized PMO processes, monitoring project performance, facilitating project governance, providing change management framework training, and continuously improving project management practices. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, collaborate with other functions/business divisions, lead a team, set objectives, coach employees, and demonstrate leadership behaviors such as Listening and being authentic, Energizing and inspiring, Aligning across the enterprise, and Developing others.
