Job Role - Configuration Management Experience Range: 5 to 10 years Job Location: Hyderabad Job Description Must Have: Experience in Configuration Management (CMDB). To work as Configuration Manager and monitor, handle and resolve Configuration Management requests. Strong communication and interpersonal skills backed by sound analytical, technical skills. A Team player as well as a Self-Starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive deadlines. To interact with Clients via emails, conference calls, etc. Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets (SLA) set (the tasks include incidents, service requests, identified problems, Participate in Client audit and interact with client on understanding various processes. To take ownership of various type of reporting. Follow up and work across various teams and monitor and also review processes followed across teams for meeting reporting SLA (Service Level Agreement) criteria. Evaluate, analyze, and map business processes working with the Business Units to determine possible solutions to increase efficiencies and productivity as part of CSI (Continues Service Improvement). Experience in requirements gathering and analysis/documentation of business requirements and communicating to its stakeholders. Extensive experience in gathering and analyzing various types of data and processes, and developing specific reports according to it. Work on Client deliverables documents and presentations and present it to client and Management. Work on exclusion/exception according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) and follow up with teams for same. Work on problems reported and escalation of issues. Excellent time management, communications, decision-making, and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast paced environment. Show more Show less
