Configuration Analyst

Role Overview: Veeva Systems is looking for Consultants with Life Sciences experience to join their team in Hyderabad, India. As part of the Quality suite team, you will be involved in designing and deploying Quality systems for life sciences companies. Your role will focus on supporting the implementation of Vault Quality suite solutions to help customers optimize their quality data and document management operations in the cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in projects at life sciences companies to design and deploy Quality systems - Support Functional Analysts in workshops and customer discussions related to Vault Quality suite - Design, prototype, configure, and document quality/content management solutions - Configure Veeva Vault Quality Suite according to customer requirements, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and notifications - Work with stakeholders to assess the impact of change on current configurations and make informed decisions - Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams - Ensure customer success throughout the engagement life cycle Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience implementing Document or Quality Management systems for life sciences - Bachelor's Degree in Life science, computer science, or related field - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and highly organized - Ability to understand business requirements quickly and implement solutions effectively - Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements Additional Company Details: Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and a pioneer in industry cloud, dedicated to helping life sciences companies deliver therapies to patients faster.
