Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events to lead the end-to-end conceptualization,

execution, and success of our brands event initiatives — both online and offline. This role demands analytical thinking,

strategic mind, creative bend, negotiation skills, and a sharp understanding of brand visibility. The candidate will also drive

allied brand initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, sponsorships, awards, and client and partners engagement programs,

ensuring impactful representation of the organization at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute online and offline events including webinars, conferences, round tables, workshops,

seminars, client engagement events, and external initiatives.

  • Ensure seamless event operations, from vendor management to post-event analytics.
  • Drive impactful brand positioning and visibility during all events.
  • Brand Visibility Initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities; ensure best value through effective negotiation.
  • Coordinate and manage nominations for industry awards, ensuring compelling submissions.
  • Lead annual corporate gifting initiatives with a focus on creativity, cost-effectiveness, and impact.
  • Podcast & Media Initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end podcast production — from ideation, guest coordination, and content planning to execution.
  • Ensure podcasts reflect the brand’s thought leadership and storytelling edge.
  • Vendor & Budget Management
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and venues to secure the best deals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage budgets for events and related activities, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership, practice heads, and marketing colleagues to align event initiatives with business

objectives.

  • Develop communication plans and promotional content for events and related campaigns.
  • Be a collaborative team player — ready to support other marketing functions, roll up your sleeves, and get the job

done when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in event management, marketing communications, or brand initiatives.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital event tools, podcast platforms, and MS Office.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute proactively to shared goals.
