Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team in Pune. The intern will support the recruitment process, assist in sourcing talent, coordinate interviews, and contribute to overall HR operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various roles. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation. Support HR team in day-to-day operations and employee engagement activities.
