About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hotel management software.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
