We’re Hiring: Computer Vision Engineer (Vision-Language Models)

HexaFactory is looking for a talented Computer Vision Engineer with strong Vision-Language Model (VLM) expertise to help build next-generation multimodal AI solutions across mobility, SDV (Software-Defined Vehicles), and digital-twin platforms.

What You’ll Work On

• Building and fine-tuning VLMs: CLIP, BLIP-2, LLaVA, Florence-2, Qwen-VL, etc.
• Developing CV pipelines: detection, segmentation, tracking, OCR, captioning, VQA
• Running rapid POCs for global Toyota use cases, including vehicle damage inspection, road-scene understanding, AR HUD, and factory automation
• Optimizing models for real-time inference on edge and cloud
• Handling large-scale datasets, annotation workflows, and integrating models into MLOps pipelines

Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with PyTorch, computer vision/deep learning, and multimodal models
• Solid understanding of Transformers, CNNs, embeddings, and fine-tuning
• Strong Python skills with good engineering practices such as Git, CI/CD, Docker
• Familiarity with CUDA, ONNX/TensorRT, and AWS

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D vision (LiDAR, point clouds), NeRF, or depth estimation
• Exposure to edge deployment (Jetson, Qualcomm, Apple ANE)
• Research publications or open-source contributions in CV/ML
