Position Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Computer Technician with experience in system maintenance, CCTV installation, server management, and general IT support. If you're tech-savvy, practical, and eager to grow, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Perform routine maintenance on servers and workstations
• Install and manage CCTV systems including camera setup, wiring, and DVR configuration
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Manage basic server configurations, backups, and data protection
• Install and maintain software applications and operating systems
• Provide technical support to office staff and students
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and logs
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware components and servicing

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Computer Hardware, IT, Networking, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with hands-on skills can apply)
• Experience with CCTV setup, wiring, and configuration
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer assembly, and networking
• Familiarity with server basics and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and manage field tasks
• Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English/Hindi preferred
