Computer Technician

As a Technical Support Specialist at our company, your role will involve resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems. You will also provide technical support to engineering teams, diagnose and repair faults, and resolve network issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software, including the company security system and CCTV cameras. Updating system software, tracking data and communications, and maintaining technical documentation and manuals will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve technical issues and provide support to engineering teams - Maintain hardware and software installations - Improve IT systems - Diagnose and repair faults - Resolve network issues - Install and configure hardware, software, security systems, and CCTV cameras - Update system software - Track data and communications - Maintain technical documentation and manuals Qualifications Required: - Minimum Diploma in Engineering - Minimum one year of experience In addition to the technical responsibilities, you should possess the following key skills: - Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately - Analytical thinker and problem solver - High level of accuracy - Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others - Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information - Administrative skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and paid sick time. The working hours are during the day shift, from Monday to Friday, at our in-person work location.
