Computer Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in hardware repair, software installation, network setup, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues
• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and devices
• Provide technical support to clients (remote & on-site)
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and security checks
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
• Document service reports and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Computer Technician or IT Support Technician
• Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS, hardware components, and basic networking
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred)
