Work Duties / Responsibilities : Resolve technical issues Maintain hardware and software installations Improve IT systems Provide technical support to engineering teams Diagnose and repair faults Resolve network issues Install and configure hardware and software Install and configure the company security system Install and configure CCTV cameras Update system software Track data and communications Maintain technical documentation and manuals Eligible Candidates: Minimum Diploma in Engineering Minimum one year of experience Key Skills Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately. Analytical thinker and problem solver. High level of accuracy. Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others. Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
