Full Stack Engineer
who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills across both frontend and backend technologies, takes ownership of features end-to-end, and is eager to grow in areas like system design, observability, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product managers, designers, and engineers — to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement best practices for security, including authentication, authorization, and secure coding.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with attention to quality and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure high engineering standards.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and developer productivity.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 4+ years of experience building and operating full-stack, production-grade web applications.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and application design.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS for building modern, responsive UIs.
- Apply strong Low-Level Design (LLD) skills to define component-level designs.
- Strong understanding of system design principles for large-scale web applications.
- Good hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of web security concepts including OAuth2, JWT, and SAML.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, HBase, or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Cypress.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Be an excellent teammate with good written and oral communication skills
