As a Computer Operator at Topmark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our systems and processes. Your knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Office, computer skills, and typing abilities will be essential in carrying out your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Use online platforms and marketplaces to update listings, check pricing, and monitor product availabilityMaintain and organize product data using Excel, including updating sheets, generating basic reports, and tracking inventorySupport order processing, documentation, and coordination with suppliersEnsure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks, maintaining smooth daily workflowLearn internal systems and processes quickly to take on responsibilities efficientlyAssist the team with general administrative tasks as neededRequirements:Strong proficiency in Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas, data entry)Comfortable using various online platforms and toolsFast learner with the ability to adapt to new systemsGood typing speed and attention to detailStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksPrior experience in e-commerce, trading, or administrative roles is a plus (but not required)
