Role Summary
As a Computer Operator & Factory Assistant, you will ensure smooth computer/data operations, support factory processes, assist in maintaining related equipment and help with general factory assistance. You’ll report to the Factory Supervisor / Operations Manager and collaborate with IT, production, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
Operate computer systems for data entry, logging production metrics, tracking machines, and generating reports.Monitor system performance; check for errors in data, peripherals, or production system software; escalate complex issues.Perform backups of data, maintain logs of operations, and maintain documentation.Assist with basic computer maintenance: ensuring software is updated, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) are working.Support factory floor tasks: helping in material handling, assisting machine operators, and ensuring equipment / tools are available.Help with cleaning / inspection of factory equipment or areas to maintain safety and hygiene standards.Assist in inventory of factory supplies and computer‐related items; notify for restock.Follow safety protocols in the factory environment.Any other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor / team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
At least 10th / 12th pass or equivalent; additional computer training or diploma is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel), data entry, file management.Good typing speed & accuracy.Comfortable working with hardware peripherals: printers, scanners, basic troubleshooting.Ability to follow instructions, maintain logs, and attention to detail.Physically able to assist in factory tasks (standing, walking, lifting light objects).Good communication skills; able to understand and follow verbal / written directions.Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours (if factory requires).
