Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage routine computer operations, data entry, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good typing speed, and the ability to handle office software applications with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operate computer systems and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and file management. Monitor system performance, detect errors, and report issues promptly. Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and digital records. Generate and prepare reports as required by management. Perform backups and ensure data security. Provide support to staff in using computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot minor hardware/software issues or escalate to IT support when necessary. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data. Follow company policies, IT protocols, and safety standards. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (preferred in Computer Applications/IT). Proven experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing skills. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
