We are looking for a skilled Computer Hardware Engineer (Level 2) to join our Ahmedabad Corporate Office.
The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, network maintenance, user support, and IT infrastructure management in alignment with company policies.
• Perform day-to-day troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and operating systems.
• Handle network maintenance, including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN configuration, and related network issues.
• Provide user support and handholding for software installations and issues (Antivirus, Microsoft Office, Designing applications, etc.).
• Manage hardware inventory and ensure compliance with IT and security policies.
• Coordinate with vendors or IT partners for maintenance and escalation support when required.
Education: Minimum Graduate (B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hardware and network support from a reputed organization.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, antivirus, VPNs, and office networks.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
