Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support for compute infrastructure and operating systems.
Deliver technical input and solutions during deal pursuits and transformation efforts.
Manage the lifecycle of IT infrastructure, including planning, installation, and ongoing management.
Maintain strong technical relationships with customers and subcontractors/vendors.
Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Ensure compliance with operational policies and industry standards.

Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise servers and Linux technical support.
Possess relevant certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE and ITIL.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
