Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) and Ceph Storage Cluster for a telecom-grade enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of container platforms, enterprise storage, CI/CD integration, and security mechanisms such as LDAP/SAML authentication. Key Responsibilities: Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP) Deployment Design and implement multi-node OpenShift cluster architecture (bootstrap, control plane, infra, compute). Integrate DHCP with persistent IP and configure DNS records. Set up SSH key pair authentication and network prerequisites. Customize and deploy the OpenShift installation configuration. Deploy and configure load balancer and SSL certificates. Integrate LDAP/SAML with Airtel SSO/Active Directory. Configure internal ODF using Infra Nodes or integrate with external Ceph storage. Set up observability tools, required operators, and monitoring (GAP). Configure internal/external image registry and integrate with CI/CD pipeline. Create at least one project and implement a working CI/CD pipeline. Manage node lifecycle (cordon, drain, delete, verify) for sunset node scope. Integrate with object and block storage from Dell-EMC, HPE, Hitachi etc. Lead the integration of object and block storage platforms from enterprise vendors such as Dell EMC, HPE, and Hitachi to support OpenShift workloads. Ceph Storage Cluster Deployment Prepare infrastructure including OS tuning, disks, network interfaces. Install and configure monitor nodes, daemons, and gateways. Provision storage services: object, block, and filesystem based. Implement observability and monitoring for Ceph. Align storage design with ODF integration strategy. CI/CD and DevOps Integration Collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless CI/CD integration. Deploy CI/CD tools and pipelines for containerized workloads. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift deployments (version 4.x). Hands-on experience with Ceph Storage. Proficiency in Linux OS hardening, network configuration, and DNS/DHCP integration. Experience with containerized observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK). Strong grasp of GitOps, DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Experience integrating OpenShift with enterprise SSO (LDAP/SAML). Knowledge of RHOCP Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM) and custom resource definitions (CRDs). Familiarity with security best practices and SSL/TLS configurations. Preferred Certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) CKA/CKAD is a plus Soft Skills: Strong communication and documentation capabilities Ability to work independently and lead customer workshops Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) related to Windows and Linux operating systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux platforms. Assist customers with software installations, configurations, and upgrades. Identify and document customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions in a detailed and accurate manner. Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and system administrators, to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in Windows and Linux systems to effectively support customer needs. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for customer reference. Provide training and guidance to customers on Windows and Linux best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Solid experience in providing technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux platforms. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and administration. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. Relevant certifications (such as MCSE, and RHCE) would be a plus.
