Job Summary:

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the Compliance team by completing the necessary tasks to ensure the Company is prepared for internal and external audits. The Specialist will help ensure compliance is maintained by conducting research, reporting results, communicating requirements, working with SME s to enforce compliance policies and standards, facilitate solving issues, responding to inquiries, and completing various audit or compliance-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Support the Third-Party Vendor Risk Management program (TPRM) by monitoring news alerts, expiring documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Keep team and other departments informed of current requirements by conducting research, monitoring changes, writing and communicating guidelines.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain rapport with internal personnel by helping to maintain compliance of internal controls, resolve issues and concerns.
• Work with internal SME s to research and respond to inquiries by auditors, Federal examiners or external customers.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing Company standards.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks and projects as needed.
• Maintain information in centralized databases.

• Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
• Experience with US regulations or banking, compliance or audit experience a plus
• Must be willing to work an alternative schedule to support U.S. based teams
