Regulated Products & Illegal Online Pharmacy Compliance Analyst

The analyst will review URLs, websites, ads, and merchant content to identify:

• Illegal drug sales
• Unlicensed pharmacies
• Schedule H/H1/X drug violations
• Prescription bypassing
• Controlled substances and abused OTC drugs
• Compliance risks for payment processors

Merchant Risk & Compliance Testing

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ URL & Website Compliance Review

• Analyze websites for illegal pharma activity
• Detect Schedule H/H1/X drug listings without prescriptions
• Identify red flags of rogue pharmacies
• Review merchant checkout flows and transaction patterns
• Flag misuse of medical claims, FDA/CDSCO non-compliance

2️⃣ Merchant Risk Classification

• Assign correct MCC codes (e.g., 5912, 5122)
• Classify regulated, high-risk, and prohibited merchants
• Evaluate KYB/KYC documentation for pharmacy businesses

3️⃣ Regulatory & Safety Enforcement

• Compare site content against CDSCO, FDA, NDPS guidelines
• Identify controlled substances (opioids, steroids, codeine, tramadol, etc.)
• Evaluate compliance with prescription requirements
• Prepare evidence-based risk reports

4️⃣ Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare structured compliance summaries
• Maintain audit logs and case evidence
• Collaborate with team leads to refine risk standards
