Role Overview

The Compliance & Process Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving RVS iGlobal’s ISO accreditation journey. You will spearhead documentation, internal audits, and process optimization to ensure adherence to global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ISO certification efforts (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, etc.).
• Develop, document, and implement compliance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct internal audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Standardize workflows and ensure adherence to compliance frameworks.
• Monitor changes in industry regulations and ISO updates.
• Collaborate with external auditors and certification bodies.
• Conduct employee training on compliance best practices and ISO standards.
• Maintain documentation required for audits and certifications.

Requirements

• 2–5 years' experience in compliance, process improvement, or quality management, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in process documentation, risk assessment, and audit management.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), cybersecurity standards, and data protection (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage change.
