Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager at STRANDS TEXTILE MILLS PRIVATE LIMITED. The position is located in Gandhidham. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. Daily tasks will include auditing processes, developing company policies, and responding to compliance issues. The Compliance Manager will also need to regularly review and update procedures to ensure ongoing adherence to legal requirements. Qualifications Experience and skills in compliance management and auditing processes Knowledge of legal requirements and controls, and ability to develop company policies Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify compliance risks and issues Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external regulatory bodies Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for tracking and monitoring compliance activities Ability to stay updated with regulatory changes and implement necessary process adjustments Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance Officer) would be advantageous Show more Show less
