Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end payroll calculations and processing for employees.
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements in compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage statutory compliance under applicable labour laws (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave details for payroll purposes.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for payroll and compliance activities.
Assist in handling internal and external audits related to payroll and labour law compliance.
Stay updated with changes in labour legislation and ensure timely implementation.
Vendor Management

Key Skills Required

Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with labour laws and related government portals (EPFO, ESIC, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
