Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labour laws such as Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act (PF), Employees State Insurance Act (ESIC), Shops & Establishment Act, other Labour Laws and relevant statutes.
Maintain accurate records of employee/employer data, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of labour law requirements.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in labour compliance and provide recommendations for rectification.
Develop and maintain relationships with government authorities to resolve any issues related to labour laws. Would be required to visit the various related departments to represent regular notices, show causes, etc.
Attend Helpdesks at Client locations to help employees with queries related to their PF, ESIC, etc.
Guidance will be given and required knowledge would be imparted. The selected candidate would be able to learn immensely on the job which would enhance their value to any organization.
