Compliance Associate

As a member of the CAVITAK team, you will be involved in various business verticals including Retail Distribution of Mobile & Consumer Goods, Value-Added Tech Distribution of Audio & Video, Fire, Security, Automation, Network & Power Solutions, Fundamental Resource Management & AI, Global Commerce serving as a launchpad for both global and Indian brands on e-commerce platforms, and Anvit & You focusing on Architecture and Design. Your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for agreement execution, managing statutory compliances and filings using various compliance portals, maintaining compliance trackers and documentation for corporate actions, as well as liaising with cross-functional teams to organize legal and statutory records. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge and understanding of contract reading and drafting, strong written English skills with clarity in legal and business communication, and experience with statutory portals related to secretarial and compliance work. The ideal candidate for this position should have an LL.B. degree, be a Semi-Qualified CS, or a Graduate with relevant exposure to the field.,
